Digital Skills to Go!

Nearly twenty members of Northumberland Green Hub (NGH) and other local community groups came together recently for a Digital Skills Training programme, delivered by the award-winning social enterprise, Digital Voice for Communities.

Over the course of the afternoon, participants were introduced to a range of practical tools and techniques. The first session focused on Canva, a versatile graphic design platform ideal for creating posters, presentations, social media graphics and more. The second session explored the basics of web and social media management, offering valuable insights into how to communicate effectively and grow your online presence.

‘Very useful course. It’s a great way to learn and improve your digital skills in a fun and relaxed way.’

Both sessions were informative, hands-on, and full of useful tips—with plenty of opportunity for questions and experimentation.

We’re grateful to Digital Voice for delivering the training and to Community Foundation North East for funding.
