Successful NGH Event
Nearly thirty members attended the recent NGH Community Event to hear firsthand from members of the Climate Team about NCC’s new Climate Action Plan. There was plenty of time for networking too and great to see some new faces at the event.
Repair Cafe
Greener Berwick’s successful Repair Cafe will be at the Salvation Army Church Hall on the last Saturday of every month from 10am – 1pm. With tea, coffee and cake from Northern Soul Kitchen you don’t need a broken item to come along – just drop in for a chat.
Coquet Water Quality
A dozen community groups, WI’s and Parish Councils have recently come together to form the Coquet River Action Group (CRAG). The group will be carry out testing of water quality in a stretch of the Coquet from Thropton to the coast.
